What you'll do

  • Plan daily dispatches and inbound vehicle scheduling
  • Coordinate transporters and track vehicles to delivery
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documentation and e-way bills
  • Control freight cost per tonne and per dispatch
  • Resolve transit damages and delivery disputes
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Logistics Operations, Dispatch Planning, Freight Cost Analysis
  • Comfort with transport management systems and ERP, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
