What you'll do

  • Plan fabrication jobs from drawing to dispatch
  • Supervise cutting, bending, welding and finishing operations
  • Check fit-up and dimensional conformance before dispatch
  • Optimise nesting and material utilisation
  • Coordinate with design on manufacturability issues
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication, Laser Cutting, Press Brake Operation
  • Comfort with laser cutting, bending and welding equipment, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
