What you'll do

Rotate through design, manufacturing and quality functions on a structured plan
Own a defined improvement project in each rotation and present the result
Support senior engineers on live programmes and daily problem solving
Learn the plant, product and customer requirements end to end
Document findings and standard work for the teams you pass through
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
0–1 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals, CAD Basics, MS Excel
Comfort with CAD software, MS Excel and plant systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
