• We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Technology Team and play a key role in delivering major transformational change within Customer Servicing. Our purpose is to improve customer and colleague experiences through innovative Salesforce solutions. You will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will remain hands-on with Salesforce development while guiding a team and collaborating with UK stakeholders. The candidate must be willing to work UK shift timings to ensure effective collaboration and support for UK business stakeholders.

Who can apply

• Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
• 4-7 years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in a senior developer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• APEX, Apex Test Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, Triggers, Custom Objects.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange applications.
• Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, REST, Web Services) and experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven automation concepts is desirable.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
