What you'll do

Solution Delivery
Translate user stories into technical solutions; ensure acceptance criteria are met.
Work closely with Product Owners and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
Take ownership of production issues and ensure resolution within SLAs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with UK business and technology teams; communicate technical updates clearly.
Liaise with Salesforce on technical issues and product capabilities.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends; share updates with the team.
Develop Proof of Concepts for new features and integrations.

Who can apply

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
4-7 years  of Salesforce development experience, including  2+ years  in a senior developer role.
Strong hands-on experience with: • APEX, Apex Test Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, Triggers, Custom Objects.
Experience with  Service Cloud ,  Experience Cloud , and AppExchange applications.
Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, REST, Web Services) and experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
Familiarity with  Agentforce  and AI-driven automation concepts is desirable.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Current Salesforce certifications required: • Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
