What you'll do

Drive new part development from concept through to SOP
Coordinate prototypes, trials and validation testing
Run DFMEA and close the risks it identifies
Work with suppliers and the plant on manufacturability
Track programme timing and escalate slippage early
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of New Product Development, CAD Modelling, Prototyping
Comfort with CAD, PLM and project trackers, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
