What you'll do

Develop and qualify welding parameters for new components
Investigate weld defects and drive them out of the process
Maintain WPS, PQR and welder qualification records
Support welding fixture and robot cell improvements
Train operators on correct welding practice
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Welding Processes, MIG / TIG Welding, Spot Welding
Comfort with welding equipment and inspection instruments, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Manesar, Haryana or willing to relocate
