What you'll do

Run daily machining output against the production plan
Control tooling consumption, cost and machine settings
Contain and analyse rejections at the machine
Coordinate manpower, setups and changeovers
Drive small improvements in cycle time and quality
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Machining Operations, CNC Machines, Process Parameters
Comfort with CNC and conventional machines, gauges, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Manesar, Haryana or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
