About this internship

Danfoss is hiring an Engineer – Data Science Technologies in Pune to design and build digital solutions that apply AI and data science to real engineering and business problems within its Innovation & Development organization. You will help develop and deploy scalable, data-driven solutions — from data architectures and integrations that connect factory assets to the cloud, to AI agents built for application- and business-specific needs. Day to day you will support business-intelligence and AI initiatives, collaborate with product and engineering teams on end-to-end solution architecture, build and quality-check software before deployment, and create use cases and success stories that build team capability. Ideal for graduates with about 2–4 years of experience (or a Master’s) and exposure to data science, AI/ML and analytics through projects, internships or early roles. Strong Python is a must, with hands-on data analysis, Power BI dashboards and large datasets; OCR/object-detection (e.g. YOLO) and computer-vision knowledge are a plus, along with SQL fundamentals and a strong learning mindset.
