About this internship

Centre for Computational Technologies (CCTech) is hiring a detail-oriented BIM Modeller Intern in Pune for a focused, 2-month R&D internship. CCTech is a digital-transformation company building applications across CAD, CFD, AI/ML, 3D web apps, AR and digital twin — with simulationHub as its flagship CFD product used by thousands of engineers. As a specialised BIM Modeller for the R&D team, you will construct targeted 3D models in Autodesk Revit to test, validate and optimize the data-translation workflows within simulationHub. Working closely with software developers and QA engineers, you will build specific architectural scenarios (multi-level atriums, curtain walls, custom shading devices, intricate roof geometries), craft meticulous test cases around Revit Rooms and Spaces, export models to interoperability formats to verify data integrity, manipulate Revit parameters to test extraction accuracy, run model health checks, and maintain a well-documented library of Revit test files.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Build custom 3D models in Autodesk Revit replicating complex architectural scenarios
• Create test cases around Revit Rooms & Spaces (room-bounding, area & volume)
• Export Revit models to interoperability formats to verify data integrity
• Populate and manipulate Revit parameters to test data-extraction accuracy
• Perform model health checks and maintain an organized library of test files

Who can apply

• Enrolled in or a recent graduate (Diploma/Bachelor) in Architecture, Engineering or related
• Strong, practical working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Ability to work accurately with Revit Rooms, Spaces and room-bounding elements
• Exceptional attention to detail and curiosity about how software interprets geometry
• Preferred: familiarity with interoperability schemas and Revit material/thermal assets
