What you'll do

Execute component and system validation test plans
Instrument test setups and verify the data is trustworthy
Analyse failures and trace them to a design or process cause
Publish validation reports against acceptance criteria
Maintain test equipment and calibration records
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Test Planning, Data Acquisition, Instrumentation
Comfort with test rigs, data acquisition and MS Excel, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
