What you'll do

Prepare and clean datasets for the analytics team
Build simple dashboards and recurring reports under review
Run first-pass analyses and summarise what you found
Cross-check numbers against source systems
Document your queries and steps so others can repeat them
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA — 2024–2026 batches from a recognised university
0–1 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of SQL Basics, Advanced Excel, Power BI
Comfort with Excel, SQL and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Kolkata, West Bengal or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
