What you'll do

• Bajaj Auto Technology is looking for an Engineer with hands-on expertise in motor control algorithm design and embedded implementation for EV traction applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, validating, and refining advanced motor control algorithms — from concept through deployment on real hardware. You will work closely with the lead engineering team to deliver robust, performance-optimised control software for PMSM/BLDC/SynRM-based EV drivetrains, while contributing to continuous improvement of our development methodology and toolchain.
