What you'll do

• The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, supervising, and maintaining civil works within R & D largely industrial facility. The role includes maintenance of existing infrastructure and management of new construction or expansion projects while ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and timely completion. Roles involves vendor development, PO generation in SAP, Quotation evaluation and negotiation
• Industrial Maintenance
• Inspect and assess industrial structures such as buildings, foundations, floors, roads, drainage systems, and utility structures.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor structural integrity of RCC and steel structures.
• Coordinate repairs of cracks, leakages, corrosion, settlement issues, and flooring damages.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair history.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Project Management
• Plan and execute civil projects such as plant expansions, new building construction, equipment foundations, and infrastructure upgrades.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance and project execution.
• Experience in factory/plant construction and maintenance preferred.
• Fully trained with AutoCAD latest version, 3D layout, Solidowrks, Animated view etc.
• Microsoft office and it’s all required tools
• Civil related special software’s, Structural designing.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards.
