What you'll do

Develop and optimize sheet metal fabrication, machining and industrial engineering processes.
Perform time studies, layout optimization, productivity improvement, and ergonomic assessments.
Create PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Process Flow, and documentation.
Prepare and release Manufacturing Drawings, BOM, Routing, and Process Sheets in SAP.
Provide technical support for Laser Cutting, Punching, Bending, Welding, Surface Treatment, Powder Coating, Machining & Assembly.
Prepare feasibility report for the BTP and BTS projects. and analyze investments for the projects.
Process & Fixture Design along with Tool Design and Development for Sheet metal forming, cutting and fabrication.
Project Completion & Time Management: Plan and complete product development activities as per APQP guidelines. Coordinate with multi-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Poka‑Yoke, and Line Balancing activities.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, QMS.
