What you'll do

Own and prioritise the product backlog for your product area.
Turn customer problems and strategic goals into clear product requirements.
Work closely with engineering, UX and QA teams to deliver valuable, high-quality product improvements.
Balance customer needs, technical priorities and long-term product strategy.
Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, challenges and goals.
Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and discovery sessions.
Champion the voice of the customer while maintaining alignment with the wider product vision.
Use Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) techniques to uncover underlying customer needs and opportunities.

Who can apply

What We're Looking For
Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Agile delivery within a SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging directly with customers in English.
Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.
Experience working with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
A passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.
Highly Desirable
Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering technology, BIM, CDE or Information Management.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles.
