  • Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources.
  • Primary: Oracle APEX, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure,Oracle SQL/PLSQL Database, ORDS
  • Secondary: Helix system, Arcadis’ policies for SLAs, Problem escalation, Deployment processes.
