What you'll do

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS for business functions
Automate recurring reports with Excel, SQL and Power BI
Validate data accuracy and reconcile against source systems
Maintain reporting trackers and management dashboards
Handle ad-hoc data requests within agreed turnaround
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI
Comfort with Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
