Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, agencies and social organisers, creating a healthy pipeline of events business.
• Handle enquiries from first contact through to confirmation, producing clear proposals, contracts and event details without making the process feel complicated.
• Understand what each client is trying to create, suggest the right spaces, food and drink, and spot natural opportunities to add value.
• Keep event information accurate and up to date, making sure BEOs and handovers give the operational teams everything they need to deliver brilliantly.
• Stay close to clients before, during and after their event, checking in, solving issues quickly and building relationships that bring them back.
• Work hand in hand with Events, F&B, Kitchen and Sales teams to coordinate timings, set-ups, menus and guest requirements.
• Know the local market, keep an eye on what is happening in the city and bring fresh ideas for attracting new social and corporate business.
• Track enquiries, conversions and revenue, using the numbers to understand what is working and where there is more opportunity.
• Help the wider team build confidence in upselling and suggestive selling, while always keeping the guest experience at the centre.
• Support event days when needed - we all roll up our sleeves here.
