What you'll do
- Plan daily dispatches and inbound vehicle scheduling
- Coordinate transporters and track vehicles to delivery
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation and e-way bills
- Control freight cost per tonne and per dispatch
- Resolve transit damages and delivery disputes
- Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
- Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
- Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Logistics Operations, Dispatch Planning, Freight Cost Analysis
- Comfort with transport management systems and ERP, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
- Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
