What you'll do

• OneTrust is looking for a hands-on Digital CX Developer with full-stack capability and a strong front-end bias to implement, customise, and optimise features across our customer portal and community platform. As a key technical resource within the Digital Customer Experience team, you will help bring customer journeys to life through customer-facing interface development, backend configuration, integrations, and automation—powering a seamless, self-service experience at scale.
• This role bridges engineering, digital strategy, and customer enablement. You will work closely with UX, Product, Ops, and cross-functional technical teams to rapidly deploy platform enhancements and backend improvements that increase adoption, usability, engagement, and customer value. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building polished user-facing experiences and supporting the logic, integrations, and workflows behind them.

Who can apply

• Create and optimise customer-facing pages, components, and journeys with a strong emphasis on usability and clarity
• Build reusable UI components and patterns that support consistent experiences across digital properties
• Partner closely with UX and Product teams to translate designs into production-ready experiences
• Improve mobile responsiveness, accessibility, navigation, and overall self-service experience
• Support theming, layout customisation, and portal experience improvements within Salesforce Experience Cloud and related platforms
• Recommend front-end improvements that reduce friction and make digital journeys more intuitive and effective
• Platform Operations & Automation
• Support the deployment and optimisation of chatbot, AI search, knowledge base, and user routing capabilities
• Build dashboards, reporting flows, and supporting logic to enable personalised customer experiences
• Partner with IT and vendors to manage platform updates, upgrades, and technical support needs
