What you'll do

• The Professional Services Consultant plays a key role in our Services organisation, acting as a customer-facing representative of Nexthink. You will deliver advisory and technical services for Nexthink products, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded in terms of technical execution and business impact.
• This role extends beyond implementation. You will engage regularly with customer stakeholders to define business challenges, design outcome-driven use cases, and guide solution adoption to improve digital employee experience and overall business operations. By combining consultative engagement with hands-on configuration, you will help customers embed Nexthink into their operational workflows and realise measurable value.
• This position requires a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with strong technical, analytical, and consulting skills, capable of establishing and maintaining trusted advisor status.

Who can apply

• 5 years of consulting or advisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing services role in the technology industry, B2B, SaaS, or similar.
• · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• · Strong ability to gather and translate business issues into structured technical solutions.
• · Ability to drive consultative conversations defining business challenges and remediation possibilities.
• · Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualise data to generate actionable insights.
• · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
• · Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment.
• · Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• · Working knowledge of Nexthink and its products.
• · Enterprise Operations experience (Digital Workplace, IT infrastructure, Capacity planning, end-user software/hardware engineering).
