What you'll do

• Run time and method studies and set work standards
• Balance lines and stations against takt time
• Plan capacity and layout for new or shifted production
• Quantify productivity improvements before and after
• Support costing with accurate process times
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing
• Comfort with time study tools, layout software and Excel, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
