Who can apply

• 6-8 years of experience in test planning, automation framework utilization, and Agile collaboration, with a reputation for tackling hard problems.
• Advanced proficiency in automation tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, Pytest, Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript).
• Deep experience with diverse testing methodologies, including performance, security, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable test automation solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and troubleshooting tools to support efficient release cycles.
• Strong ability to identify when and how to escalate issues to ensure swift resolution.
• Experience enabling development teams to manage their own testing and fostering a culture of collective quality ownership.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, displaying ownership of quality for epics and proactively identifying problems early.
• Strong communication skills, thinking globally about customer needs and collaborating effectively across teams and hemispheres.
• Proven ability to define and execute strategies for augmenting test coverage, strategically layering Unit Tests, Functional Tests, and Acceptance Tests across the full test automation pyramid.
