What you'll do

  • Set marketing strategy and priorities for the full division or franchise
  • Build, lead and develop the marketing organisation — group/brand/product managers and executives
  • Own the divisional marketing P&L and report performance to senior leadership
  • Set the division's new-launch and market-access strategy
  • Own the executive-level relationship with key opinion leaders and medical societies
  • Ensure the division's promotional practices meet UCPMP and regulatory standards
  • Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
  • Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
  • Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

  • MBA (Marketing) with a science/pharmacy background preferred from a recognised university
  • 12–18 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
  • Working knowledge of Divisional Marketing Strategy, P&L Ownership, Organisation Leadership
  • Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS data, portfolio dashboards and leadership-level planning tools and with reading prescription and market-share data
  • Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Gurugram, Haryana or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)

  3. 3Technical interview 2 — UCPMP compliance, promotional material review and agency management
  4. 4Business / stakeholder round — how you align a brand plan with the sales field force
  5. 5HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
