What you'll do

• We're looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst team. In this role, you'll own analytics, reporting, and process for a dedicated segment of the revenue org becoming the go-to person who turns raw performance data into the reporting, programs, and workflows that team runs on day to day. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who's equally comfortable building a dashboard, designing a process from scratch, and troubleshooting a broken workflow, and who wants a direct line of sight into how their work moves the business.

• You are a player-coach with genuine analytical depth and a builder's instinct. You do not wait to be asked — you surface what matters before it becomes urgent and bring recommendations, not just observations. You are comfortable walking into a room of experienced GTM leaders and challenging their thinking with data. You see broken workflows as problems to fix, not facts of life, and you have the operational credibility to implement the fix yourself. You thrive on unstructured problems and ambiguity is your baseline, not your blocker.
