What you'll do

• As a Senior Associate, Creative Technology, you will help build immersive, interactive, and visually compelling digital experiences that bring brand stories to life. This role is ideal for a strong front-end or creative technologist who enjoys translating design intent into polished, performant, and engaging web experiences.
• You will work closely with designers, UX teams, content creators, and engineers to develop responsive, animation-rich websites and interactive experiences. You should be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working across modern front-end stacks, and excited by the intersection of storytelling, design, and technology.

Who can apply

• 4–6 years of experience in front-end development, creative technology, or full-stack web development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, custom properties, container queries)
• Demonstrable production experience with React and Next.js — App Router, server and client components, and rendering strategy trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (Contentful strongly preferred) and an understanding of content modelling
• Proven ability to build animation and interaction work: GSAP, Framer Motion, ScrollTrigger, or equivalent. WebGL/Three.js experience is a plus
• Familiarity with component-driven development and design systems, including Storybook
• Comfort with Git-based workflows: feature branching, code review, rebasing, and conflict resolution
• Working knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to hold a design team's intent through to the shipped build
• Experience partnering directly with designers, UX, and content teams in an agency or client-services environment
