What you'll do

• We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our outbound sales team. The role will focus on building pipeline through proactive prospecting, engaging target accounts, qualifying opportunities, and creating meaningful conversations with potential customers.
• This is a high-activity, outbound-focused role for someone who enjoys prospecting, is comfortable picking up the phone, and can engage prospects effectively across multiple channels.

• What We're Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or SaaS sales.
• Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong experience with cold calling and email outreach.
• Experience managing and converting inbound leads.
• Comfortable researching accounts and identifying decision-makers.
• Experience using outbound and sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-velocity sales environment.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, persistence, and a hunter mindset.
