What you'll do

• Maintain project timelines, open actions and risk logs
• Chase deliverables across design, plant, quality and purchase
• Prepare status reports for programme reviews
• Escalate slippage with a proposed recovery plan
• Keep programme documentation complete and current
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of Project Coordination, Timeline Tracking, MS Project Basics
• Comfort with MS Project, Excel and PLM, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate
