- As a core member of the Everpure Forensics team, your mission is to maximize the reliability and performance of our flagship storage platforms at hyperscale by driving deep-dive root-cause analysis. You will differentiate this role by looking beyond surface-level symptoms to solve complex technical puzzles where firmware intersects with the broader storage stack. Collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering, hardware, and platform teams, you will turn critical escalations into systemic engineering improvements that protect our global customers.
