What you'll do

• Join Everpure™ as a key operational anchor driving the performance, integrity, and scalability of our HR technology ecosystem. In this business-critical position based out of our Bengaluru office, you will own the end-to-end administration of core HR applications—with an initial primary focus on mastering and optimizing TeamOhana alongside our ATS, LMS, and key internal platforms. You will partner directly with cross-functional leaders across HRIS, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Finance to ensure seamless data accuracy, role-based security, and system reliability. By translating complex operational requirements into clean system governance, your work directly enables our global workforce to scale efficiently and securely.
