What you'll do

  • Analyse clinical, claims and patient-flow data
  • Track quality, utilisation and operational healthcare KPIs
  • Build compliant dashboards for clinical and business teams
  • Support regulatory and accreditation reporting
  • Handle sensitive data strictly within privacy policy
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.Pharm/B.Sc (Life Sciences/Statistics)/B.E./B.Tech/MBA (Healthcare)/BDS/MBBS or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Healthcare Data Standards
  • Comfort with SQL, Excel and clinical data systems and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate
