What you'll do

  • Track operational KPIs, SLAs and productivity metrics
  • Investigate process bottlenecks and quantify their cost
  • Build operational dashboards and daily performance reports
  • Recommend and measure process improvements
  • Work with ops leads to close gaps found in the data
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/MBA/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Process Analytics
  • Comfort with Excel, SQL and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate
