What you'll do
- Track and report campaign performance across channels
- Measure CAC, ROAS, attribution and channel contribution
- Build marketing dashboards the growth team checks daily
- Identify wasted spend and optimisation opportunities
- Present findings to marketing and leadership
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- BBA/MBA/B.Com/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SQL, Advanced Excel
- Comfort with Google Analytics, SQL and Excel and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate
