What you'll do

Own end-to-end analytics for a business vertical or product line
Design metric frameworks and definitions the whole company uses
Review junior analysts' queries, dashboards and conclusions
Run deep-dive analyses that inform quarterly planning
Partner with data engineering on the datasets your team depends on
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/MBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
3–6 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
Working knowledge of Advanced SQL, Python, Power BI
Comfort with SQL, Python and a modern BI stack and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
