What you'll do

  • Investigate large, unstructured datasets for trends, anomalies, data quality issues
  • Document data flows, lineage, business rules, critical data elements
  • Root cause analysis on data/reconciliation/process issues
  • Define business cases, scope, delivery approach for data initiatives
  • Run cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders
  • Plan/execute UAT, including data validation and reconciliation
  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Proven complex data/BA/transformation delivery in large orgs (financial services preferred)
  • Strong analytical/root-cause skills with messy datasets

  • Data governance/metadata/lineage/CDE frameworks
