What you'll do

  • Float RFQs, compare quotations and recommend the source
  • Negotiate price, payment and delivery terms with suppliers
  • Raise and track purchase orders through to receipt
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and escalate slippage
  • Support cost reduction and localisation projects
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Procurement, Supplier Negotiation, Cost Analysis
  • Comfort with SAP MM, cost sheets and supplier portals, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
