What you'll do

• Will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting innovative solutions in the areas of ERP, Input & Output Management Services, and digital document processes. You will integrate modern AI and automation technologies into our service landscape and continuously optimize business processes throughout the service lifecycle.
• Will actively contribute ideas and innovations to enhance our services and processes. Working independently and collaboratively with global teams, you will develop services that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience while driving the organization's digital transformation journey.
• Will support both technical and strategic initiatives, projects, and service improvements. By building and maintaining a strong international network, you will help identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices across regions and business units.
• Will evaluate new business requirements, translate them into sustainable technical solutions, and ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing systems and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Advanced Redwood RunMyJobs certifications (preferred).
• Experience with SAP Administration and ERP-related integrations.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation platforms and workflow engines.
