What you'll do

• The purpose of this position is to Support design, testing, and optimization of new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing Grinding processes.
• Process Developments / Improvements
• Assist in designing and conducting trials to test new processes or modifications to existing processes. Collect data and samples, monitor process variable during process development for analysis to evaluate process performance and provide input into solutions and improvements.
• No. of Projects (Process Improvements / developments) with respect to QCD aspects
• New / Used Mae Try-Out And Process Establishment
• Identify and address technical issues or deviations during the MAE try-out and commissioning. Prepare reports and documentation summarizing process development activities, findings, and results. Collaborate on optimizing processes to improve OEE, design of fixtures for quick change and poke yoke
• Try-out and Process establishment of new / used MAE as per plan
• Competence Development
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to process development, digital technologies, automation etc.
• Adherence to competence development plan
