What you'll do

• 1. Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for enforcement decisioning, including data-driven threshold models, exemption frameworks, permanent enforcement pathways, and graduated enforcement calibration across multiple fulfillment quality policies
• 2. Make trade-off decisions across enforcement model design (segmentation, economic tradeoff curves, marketplace-specific vs. global calibration)
• 3. Design and launch enforcement decisioning systems that maximize defect prevention while minimizing unnecessary enforcement of valuable selection
• 4. Design exemption and leniency logic — including thresholds for high-value listings, enforcement leniency for sellers with sustained clean performance, and graduated protection mechanisms
• 5. Run A/B and holdout experiments to measure the causal impact of threshold changes on customer experience and business metrics— translating experimental results into production rollout decisions
• 6. Author the long-term enforcement strategy and present to senior leadership, contributing to annual planning cycles and writing strategy documents that align cross-functional stakeholders

Who can apply

• - Bachelor's degree
• - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• - Experience managing technical products or online services
• - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
