What you'll do

  • - Support the 1-3 year network topology planning for Last Mile, contributing to build plans that balance capacity requirements with cost and speed objectives
  • - Conduct capacity deficit analysis across AMZL and EDSP stations, identifying gaps and proposing solutions through new launches, relocations, or operational levers
  • - Build and maintain long-range forecasting models integrating SCOT inputs, channel share assumptions, and peakiness factors to project station-level volume requirements
  • - Develop cost-benefit analyses for topology changes including station launches, closures, relocations, etc.
  • - Support the POR narrative for OP1/OP2/3YF cycles by preparing capacity projections, topology change summaries, and cost impact assessments
  • - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Real Estate, Operations, DSP Program, Engineering) to execute build plan elements including site scouting, launch timelines, and capacity readiness
  • - Maintain and update capacity planning tools and frameworks including MCCT, ZAPs analysis, and station-level volume tracking to ensure planning accuracy
  • - Prepare decision documents with quantified options and trade-offs for leadership review on topology changes, supporting senior team members in framing strategic choices
