Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• - Own weekly and quarterly capacity planning for an assigned segment of the EU fulfillment network (e.g., a region, node type, or product category)
• - Monitor and report on key capacity metrics: bin/template fullness, pallet utilization, inventory cube, NSTA (No-Stow-Turn-Away) rates, and Average Weight per Unit (AWU) trends
• - Build and maintain statistical forecasts for cube utilization, volume, and capacity constraints at site and network level
• - Identify capacity risks weeks in advance and propose mitigation actions to Operations and S&OP teams
• - Support peak event planning (Prime, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) — contributing to strategy documents, daily execution calls, and post-event reviews
• - Develop and automate reporting tools and dashboards that feed into weekly business reviews and leadership updates
• - Contribute to cross-functional programs such as cost-out initiatives, new FC launches, network re-measurement, and fulfillment strategy changes
• - Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Who can apply

• - Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
• - 2+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
• - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)
• - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
• - 1+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data experience
• - 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, cube/inventory management, or operations analytics
