Who can apply

• Proven experience leading systems and data integration for large‑scale, global enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns, data flows, and data governance in complex organisations
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ERP/finance systems, and data/analytics ecosystems (Microsoft Dynamics experience beneficial)
• Ability to operate in federated or multi‑business environments, balancing enterprise standards with local needs
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working across business, product, architecture, and delivery teams
• Experience working with system integrators and external delivery partners
• A pragmatic, outcome‑focused mindset with a strong bias for sustainability and long‑term value
• Comfortable making trade‑offs and explaining technical decisions in business terms
