Manage office administration and facilities
Coordinate travel, meetings and schedules
Maintain records, files and documentation

Support cross-functional admin needs
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Administration, MS Office, Coordination, Documentation
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Sancoale, Goa
