• Machined & Engineered Components
• Rubber, Plastics & Sealing Products
• Fabricated & Fluid Handling Components
• Support Global Commodity Leaders in executing sourcing strategies and sourcing initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end RFQ/RFP activities including supplier communication, quote collection, bid analysis, and commercial evaluations.
• Support supplier engagement, sourcing events, and negotiation preparedness.
• Perform spend analysis, quote benchmarking, cost comparison, and savings validation.
• Support inflation mitigation activities through commercial reviews and price analysis.

Who can apply

• Coordinate PPAP tracking, sourcing governance reviews, and project milestones.
• Develop sourcing dashboards, KPI scorecards, savings reports, and business metrics.
• Analyze supplier performance data and provide insights to commodity leadership.
• Maintain sourcing documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvement and reporting automation opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Direct Sourcing or Commodity Management.
• Experience supporting mechanical commodities in a manufacturing environment.
