• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality active and passive candidates across various channels.
• Manage and evaluate inbound applications, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are managed efficiently and in line with company policies and processes.
