What you'll do

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email and calls
• Resolve issues and escalate where needed
• Maintain customer records and notes in the CRM
• Onboard and guide customers on the product
• Gather feedback and share insights with the team
• Track satisfaction and support metrics

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.A., B.Sc or an equivalent program)
• Foundational knowledge of Communication, CRM, Problem Solving or a strong willingness to learn them
• Good written and verbal communication, ownership and analytical thinking
• Based in or open to working from Chennai (Remote)
• Able to commit to the full internship duration
