What you'll do

  • Model components and assemblies and release production drawings
  • Run design calculations and tolerance stack-ups before release
  • Incorporate manufacturing and quality feedback into the design
  • Maintain BOMs and process engineering change notes
  • Present your design at review gates and close the actions raised
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of CATIA V5, SolidWorks, 3D Modelling
  • Comfort with CATIA, SolidWorks and PLM systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
