What you'll do

Clean, explore and document datasets for modelling
Build and evaluate baseline models under a senior data scientist
Turn model output into a clear recommendation for the business
Automate data pulls and feature preparation in Python and SQL
Present findings in weekly reviews and act on feedback
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science / Computer Science), BCA/MCA or MBA (Analytics) from a recognised university
0–1 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Python, Pandas & NumPy, Scikit-learn
Comfort with Python, scikit-learn and SQL and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala or willing to relocate
