What you'll do

• Support multiple departments including Interconnection, Project Management, Permitting, Inspections, and Scheduling
• Call and communicate with customers to collect information, provide updates, and resolve concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track and moving forward
• Assist in scheduling appointments, inspections, and project milestones
• Help track project progress and follow up on pending items
• Communicate with utilities, AHJs, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders as needed
• Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation in internal systems
• Handle customer situations calmly and professionally, especially when delays or issues arise
• Escalate problems appropriately while taking initiative to find solutions
• Adapt quickly to working across different teams and priorities
